Is a national player identification and training program established in 1977 by
US Youth Soccer to find and develop high-potential youth soccer players.
We at the Eagles support and encourage our top individual players to participate in this program to further their development and provide another league, so these players can continue to grow their passion!

How does it work?
Every year the NCYSA and US Youth Soccer will provide dates for registrations. All players are welcome, but top players are encouraged to tryout. If accepted, players will be placed on regional teams and will have the opportunity to display their talents amongst other ODP teams throughout the state.
